By accessing or using the TrainX website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you must not use our services.

2. Description of Services

TrainX provides end-to-end training and placement infrastructure for educational institutions. Our services include skill-based training programs, placement preparation, assessment tools, and hiring partner connections for colleges and universities.

3. User Obligations

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account or requesting services
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes
  • You must not attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of our platform

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the TrainX platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, course materials, and software, is the property of TrainX or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

5. Payment Terms

Fees for services are as agreed upon in individual contracts with institutions. All payments are due as specified in the service agreement. Late payments may be subject to additional charges.

6. Limitation of Liability

TrainX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in the twelve months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services at any time for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
